What exactly do I get ?

How long does the whole process take?
Most Noida/NCR orders are ready within one week from pick-up. We’ll text you the moment your USB is packaged for return.
What if my disc is unreadable or gets damaged in transit?
We handle discs carefully, but FlashbackFrames is not liable for any loss or physical damage that may occur during pick-up or return. If a disc is unreadable or arrives damaged, we’ll simply hand it back and refund the amount for that disc—no questions asked.
Do you repair scratches or enhance old footage?
No. This is a straight conversion service only. We don’t claim to restore video quality, fix colour, or edit footage. If the data can’t be read as-is, we refund and return the disc.
What video format will I receive?
H.264 MP4 at the original resolution (most wedding/birthday DVDs are 720 p). Plays on any smart-TV, laptop, or phone.
Is my family footage safe with you?
Yes. Staff sign NDAs, discs stay in a locked lab, and we auto-delete rips 15 days after delivery (or sooner if you ask).
Do I get my original DVDs back?
Always. Your discs are resealed and returned with the USB, even if they were unreadable.
What if I have more than one events?
While buying our services you can increase the qunatity of events on product page and the pricing will be updated accordingly
Where do you pick up?
Currently we are picking up and dropping in the Noida & Greater Noida. In future we may expand our services to the other locations

How the journey began

One evening, Sonam Tiwari was unwinding in front of the television when her husband read a message aloud from their society’s WhatsApp group:

“Does anyone know a service that converts DVDs to a pen-drive?”

That single question sparked an idea. Sonam realised that countless families—her own neighbours included—were about to lose irreplaceable memories simply because technology had moved on.

She spent the next weeks researching:
