1. Who we are
FlashbackFrames is a video-digitisation service owned and operated by Sudarshan Tiwari in Noida, India (“we,” “our,” “us”). We convert customers’ family-event DVDs/VCDs into USB-ready MP4 files.
2. What personal data we collect

3. How we use your data
- Perform the contractual service (collect, convert, deliver).

- Provide customer support and refunds.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies for cart functionality and Google/Facebook pixels for anonymous analytics and ad attribution. You can clear or block cookies in your browser without affecting the ability to place an order (though the cart may forget contents).
9. Security measures
- Discs locked in a cabinet; lab access restricted.
- USB deliveries sealed with tamper tape.
- Website uses HTTPS (SSL Certificate)
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your footage or contact data, we’ll notify you and (if required) the Indian Data Protection Board within 72 hours.
10. Children’s data
Our service targets adult household members. If we learn we’ve collected personal data from anyone under 18 without parental consent, we’ll delete it immediately.
11. Transfers outside India
Cloud-storage backups (when purchased) may reside on AWS India (Mumbai) or AWS Singapore; both regions maintain ISO 27001 and GDPR-equivalent safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect changes in law or service scope. Material changes are announced via e-mail or site banner; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revision.
